OK.  Here's my revised To Do List.

1)  Figure out if spaces between list items is an issue.  It looks great
    to me right now, and I can't see how we can get any smaller without
    ruining the aesthetics of the typesetting.

2)  See if we want to typeset the typewritter text in a slightly smaller
    font.  This may be better, since we want to fit 80 characters per line.

3)  The first paragraph in any section should have @noindent in front of
    it for proper typesetting.  This is not fun, but must be done.

4)  I want to use pdfTeX's features to make the typesetting look better.
    For reference, Google for "pseudo-hz" and "character protrusion".

5)  Someone needs to proofread the text to make sure it is proper
    Engrish.

6)  We generate galley proofs and make sure page breaks happen at sane
    places.  We fix widows and orphans.

7)  We do pre-press stuff.  I have no idea what this involves.  Do we
    send out camera-ready proofs with crop-marks and the like?
