I worked some more on the manual tonight. I have some nice patches for
you all.

CVS HEAD of GCC sources its own copy of texinfo.tex, so that's
what I've hacked up. I've gone and changed it such that the first
paragraph of any section will _not_ be indented, just like it's supposed
to be. Any Makeinfo hackers who want to help me put this into the other
side of TeXinfo, please volunteer. This needs to be done before we can
feed this upstream to address@hidden .

gcc-3.3-manual-000.patch adds support for the above feature, as
well as the Palatino font face. This should not be fed upstream.

The other two patches fix problems in the documentation and
should be forwarded upstream. gcc-3.3-manual-002.patch is Jim's patch,
mentioned in <address@hidden> but updated to CVS
HEAD. (It looks like nobody has applied this to CVS yet, but they have
fixed the error. Could you followup, Jim?)

Simon
