The book will follow the same frame work as the other redesigned

http://www.gnu.org/doc/book7.html to get the idea.  These were
designed to maximize in-bookstore visibility and to increase in-store
sales.  The colour will be Process C Blue (a bright medium blue) since
blue is the colour of the C compiler books.  (Yellow is for
Emacs-related, Green for various others, reddish-rust for non-Gnu
programs.)

Basically, the question is "What should be the central image used in
the middle?" since all other design parameters have already been
pre-set.

The official committee is the GCC Steering Committee, an independent
international body not run by the FSF.  They got in a big fight with
rms a year or two ago, and I would like to avoid stepping on any toes.
