Thank you for that help. Yes it is the image size, somehow the Xfree86 release 4.0.2 is not as tolerant as older releases about indexes that are out of range. I will provide a smaller icon for Ink, but in the long run we will have to correct image scaling, otherwise that problem will keep on popping up.
