Hi Ludovic,

thanks - I added your new NSTextView actions.  I added also your bindings,
but in a different way - I implemented an NSInputManager for GNUstep
myself, which is able to load keybindings from files.  So, the bindings of
keys to actions is now in configuration files and can be overridden by the
user at will.  Anyway, after this work, I could just put the bindings you
sent me, with the other ones (and with newly added emacs-like keybindings)
in the new configuration file gui/KeyBindings/DefaultKeyBindings.dict.
