here's a patch which makes things look better on alert panels
when running themes
as was mentioned previously I believe, selecting the alert makes it
dissapear because of some color issue
I'm not sure if this has been mentioned or not, highlighting both the
alert and the application name causes an NSRangeException index out of
bounds
