This patch makes a minor change so that CFLAGS passed into configure when configuring gnustep-make will be used when compiling all C and ObjC source.
My mistake. Turns out this was already being done, only it was being called OPTFLAG internally. I just left it as is. But I did change configure so you can specify OBJCFLAGS as well.
