Summary:  MinGW:  NSTask does not set stdin/stdout/stderr handles

Original Submission:  The MinGW specific code of starting a process does
not set the standard file handles to the values
specified in the NSTask.  

The attached patch will fix this.  I will
commit shortly if there are no objections.
