This seems to be a problem of recent vintage.   The workaround is to change it 
in the button inspector when the cell is selected instead of directly editing 
it.   I am currently researching the issue.  GJC

Summary:  can't edit the label on a radio button in an NSMatrix

Original Submission:  After a label is edited, and the NSButton is deselected, 
the label will revert to the default 'radio'
