Follow-up Comment #5, bug #14635 (project gnustep):
make/target.make is looking for a TARGET_OS like netbsdelf. If your system
is reporting just netbsd, then it will think it's an old old (static only)
system. Do those exist anymore? Perhaps we should just remove support for it
and default to having shared lib support.
