Well, as you know _NET_FRAME_EXTENTS does not work for WindowMaker (and
probably other comon window managers too), but even if it did, it does not
change things at all ... you still have to create a test window in each style
to check the value returned by _NET_FRAME_EXTENTS for that style of window.

Currently the information is cached in the window server, so it only hapens
once after each restart of the window server.  I suppose we could store it in
the user defaults system for a longer lifetime.

Probably we should be storing window manager specific information anyway, in
case the window manager changes.
