Follow-up Comment #2, bug #18088 (project gnustep):

Almost I believe...
The time zones differ:

before the calculation: 2006-10-01 00:00:00 +0100
after  the calculation: 2006-11-01 02:10:00 +0000

Yet the time zones aren't being tested.
