Follow-up Comment #13, bug #21914 (project gnustep):
Looks like statvfs is being found on freebsd, so probably it's returning nil
because the system call is failing for some reason.
I've added some debug code to svn to report the problem if you run a program
with --GNU-Debug=NSFileManager
