Follow-up Comment #14, bug #30470 (project gnustep):
I added that for gnustep-base (a config value which resolves to an absolute
path is now treated as such rather than being treated as relative to the
user's home directory).
I also added support for '%u' (username), '%i' (user ID), and '%%' (escape
percent) when processing user domain config values.
