Follow-up Comment #1, bug #31237 (project gnustep):
in Cocoa.h, instead of
40 #if (!defined(__cplusplus) && !defined(__USE_ISOC99))
41 typedef BOOL bool;
42 #define false NO
43 #define true YES
44 #endif
it should probably be
#if (!defined(__cplusplus) && !defined(__bool_true_false_are_defined))
