Details:

1.) code a app that has one main window that presents another window as a
sheet with beginSheet:modalForWindow:...

2.) run the app and open the sheet. now click the "miniaturize" window button
of the *main window*

3.) the app is miniaturized to a so called "miniwindow" but can't be
un-minimized anymore at all. the app is now completely stuck. bug bug bug.

regression: doesn't happen when GSAppOwnsMiniwindow is set to NO.

you can reproduce the bug with the attached sample application that i wrote
for another bug. just click "open sheet" and then miniaturize the main window.
no way to get it back.
