Details:

if the icon/image of an image is just set to a "name" instead of being an
image from the gorm file resources, once the file is reopened it is not
shown.
The gorm created that way (as well as an equivalent NIB created in IB) do
work.
It is a known limitation that Gorm doesn't fetch the project resources, so the
Image can't be shown, but the "name" set should be shown: at least one knows
that it is set and can e.g. change it.
