I think you should make a Linux compatibility environment for Windows...

The Linux compatibility environment is to parallel WINE, which is a 
Windows compatibility environment for Linux.

It would let Windows users run stuff that would normally only work on 
Linux, including IceWeasel. If you're going to be exclusive about what 
operating systems can run your new browser, by all means, go ahead, but 
I think it is a good idea if you really want to spread the word.

It would be licensed under the GNU, just like your GNU-Linux.

Firefox is cross-platform, why isn't IceWeasel?
