IceCat 2.0.0.10-g1 window icons

Very nice work; I like the new artwork by Hitflip!

I noticed that the new artwork isn't yet featured in the window icons.  
I've quickly hacked up some icons from the preview:

Also, I found they needed to go in icecat/chrome/icons/default, instead 
of in icecat/icons, to work for me; otherwise I just got the purple X.

I think in the source, the location would be browser/app/
