Well, here is a first round of suggestions to make it follow the
standard boilerplate more closely, etc.  (See the GNU Hello and GNU
Texinfo manuals for background.)  I'll try to look at the actual content
later.

Would you consider assigning copyright to the FSF?  (I hope.  Especially
considering a lot of the text so far is what I wrote on the web page. :)
