Let me suggest you adding a section about langpacks in the Gnuzilla
web page (http://www.gnu.org/software/gnuzilla/), where people could
have a quick link to the new langpacks download page:
http://gnuzilla.gnu.org/download/langpacks/

It would be more useful if that link were available directly
from the 'Tools/Add-ons/Languages' tab of GNU IceCat (something like
the 'Get Extensions' link available from the 'Tools/Add-ons/Extensions'
tab)...
