Some plugins prevent IceCat from starting

Hello,


I finally could get IceCat to start with the patches brought to the SVN
trunk. The tabs, the address bar, everything works. There is just one
last problem: IceCat just doesn't start when you activate some plugins,
and there is no way to know why or how to solve this, as it stops
without saying anything.
I had to run "icecat -safe-mode" and deactivate my plugins to make it
start normally. One of the plugins that prevent IceCat from starting is
Download Helper, for example. To reproduce the bug, just install this
plugin and close IceCat (do not restart it from the add-ons window).
Wait and try to restart it: nothing happens.

Maybe IceCat can't handle those plugins, but there is no way to
understand why.
