[icecat privacy feature] managing super-cookies

Hi,

If you watch youtube for example, a plugin will create a file which contains a 
world-wide-unique, recallable number in it on your machine. This file is called 
a supercookie and a lot of people doesn't know them. Installing the addon 
BetterPrivacy is the only way to manage them. Please add this addon to icecat 
by default.
