Can't you add a dependency to the gnash rpm? Another way is to include
the gnash xpi file in the extensions/ directory.
About cookies, I am not sure if it can be done tweaking the file
browser/branding/unofficial/pref/firefox-branding.js, but I would
suggest you to look at it.
