if i am not wrong, there are also the brandig issues, which have
been "solved" also by iceweasel

i would like to do this, but i am not experienced enough for software
developement in this situation... but maybe i could help in other
ways...  
so, let me know if/how i could help about this item:
"Check addons for license statements, and/or write to addon authors
about making their license explicit, as explained on our free addons
page."
