[Bug-gnuzilla] Icecat officially packaged in Fedora

Hi all.

I'm pleased to announce that IceCat is now officially packaged in the
Fedora Project.
The homepage of the IceCat RPMs is
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/package/icecat/.

The RPM release currently available is 24.0-14; it will be in the
repositories 'updates-testing' by next 7 days then will be pushed in
stable ones if none blocker bug (from packaging) is recorded.
