It's not so immediate to do.
- --disable-crashreporter seems not work; same configuration works by
building IceCat in Fedora 21, but does not in Fedora 23 (development
branch).

IceCat built fine in Fedora 21:

IceCat building fails in Fedora 23:
https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//work/tasks/7431/9197431/build.log

Recently, GCC-5 debuted in Fedora development branch; may this
influence the crashreporter building?
