[bug-gperf] gperf source repository moved

Hi,

The recent disk crash on Savannah showed how useful it is to use a distributed
versioning system: The checkout of any user could be used as a backup.
At this occasion I moved the gperf source code from a CVS repository hosted
on sourceforge.net to a git repository hosted on savannah.gnu.org.
