Follow-up Comment #2, patch #3767 (project grep):

Note that it can be considered a bug that "lib/regex.h" is included even when
"./configure --without-included-regex" makes "lib/regex.c" not be compiled nor
included in "lib/libgreputils.a".  Changing the #include quotes from "" to <>
in "src/search.c" does not resolve this problem because of the "-I../lib".
