Can you be more specific about which tools
are causing the problem? So many tools are
involved...

I am done some work towards cleaning up
Makefile.cvs and adding a smart cvs-dist target
to Makefile.am. Stay tuned as well.

It works for me, but then again my system is
not a latest one:

Hmmm, there's that capital/lowercase name issue
all over the place again. :-)
