I think you really should use sed:
grep -l "Sherlock Holmes" * | xargs sed -rn
's/^Email: (address@hidden)$/1/p'
In fact, the proposed --file-match cannot be implemented with a single scan
of the file (and that's all you can do if the input is a pipe).
If anything, it may be interesting to implement --and / --or like git grep.
