Oh, god! Substitute whatever copyrights you want, I am not pretending
to ever be listed in the (c) section. What I basically did is grabbed
the analogous code from grolbp(1) or another postprocessor (I can't
remember exactly which one it was).
On a side note, it would be great if this code was unified so that one
could set paper size for all Groff postprocessors system-wide, say, in
/etc/papersize.
