groff-1.19 on DEC OSF1 3.2C

Hallo,

fails to link. g++ is 2.95.3.
groff-1.19 could be compiled on AIX 4.1.5, HP-UX 10.20 and Ultrix 4.3. Same 
compiler on all systems.
