Already fixed in the CVS.

Uh, oh, you've sent me this about a month ago. I wrote:

changing the indentation incorrectly. How did you came to the
  conclusion?

I've answered this a month ago already:

Again, the patch is wrong. A few lines before your change the same

    .RS
    .IP
    ...
    .RE
    .IP

constructs are used to increase indentation and to insert blank
lines, and your script apparently doesn't complain there.

It seems that you expect a certain markup order for .IP, .TP, .LP,
and .RS/.RE. I don't think that this is true. As far as I know,
the only valid assumption is that .RS and .RE should be paired.

Sigh. It seems that you haven't read the answers I'm sending to
you. Two months ago I answered this:

Hmm, this looks like a problem in your checking tool. There is a
proper definition of the TQ macro in groff_mom.7 (even at the right
  place, before the .TH line).

BTW, I suggest that you add one or more empty lines between
successive problem reports within a single mail.

I don't mind if I get repeated reports about problems not fixed in the
released groff versions. But please don't ignore my answers!
