Infinite Loop using mom package, DROPCAT, and -Tascii

mom version 1.5
groff version 1.19.2

using this input file (saved as template.mom)

he DROPCAT command doesn't seem to return when -Tascii is used to process
the file.
------------------------------

and this invocation of groff
groff -mom -Tascii template.mom

Looking at the process table, I can see that groff spawns grotty and troff,
and the troff process is consuming lots of cpu time.

I realize that mom isn't really designed for tty output, but still think the
infinite loop is a pretty harsh penalty for trying to get a quick look at my
document. :)
