I signed the assignment and sent it back around August 2010.  I do not keep any 
surface mail records so I cannot tell you the exact date, and obviously I 
cannot look up the result myself because it is a restricted area.  I also sent 
one for libstdc++ (the second one, since the first one apparently did not 
arrive).

Thanks for letting me know.  Should I apply for another form?  It is a shame 
that this legal procedure cannot be mediated by FSF Europe.
