OS: Arch Linux
COMPILER: g++ 8.2.1 20180831
INPUT FILES: as attached
COMMAND LINE:
groff -k -d foo="café" test.groff -Tpdf > bug.pdf
DESCRIPTION OF INCORRECT BEHAVIOUR:
When defining strings using the -d option, Groff does not properly preconv
them, even though the -k option is given.
