Details:

Subject: env.cpp: Restoring ".ad l" after ".na" does not work with ".ad"

  An example:

Adjustment type is \n(.j.
Line to test line adjustment.

Adjustment type is \n(.j.
Line to test adjustment

.ad
Adjustment type is \n(.j.
Line to test adjustment

  Output with "test-nroff ...":

Adjustment type is 0.  Line to
test line adjustment.
Adjustment type is 0.  Line to
test adjustment
Adjustment  type  is 1.  Line to
test adjustment


  The ".na" request does not change the value '0', but ".ad" increases
it by 1 like any other value that ".na" created (0, 2, 4) from
(1, 3, 5).

  The code for the line adjustment is in the file
"src/roff/troff/env.cpp".
