DHCP stands for _Dynamic_ that is giving an information that can change.
If we don't display the informations obtained via bootp, we can't allow
"dynamic" configuration : the user, in the interactive mode, must know
the name of the file to boot. We lost 50% of the interest of the netboot
(one can not boot a machine without knowing what to boot).

If we don't allow to reuse the information obtained, if you change the
configuration displayed by DHCP server, you must change _all_ the
menu.lst of the clients, for example.

I will send you tomorrow patches and the whole explanations about the
way I suggest for now, without compromising GRUB in the future.
