boot linux and other OS

Hello,

here I have a problem to boot Debian GNU/Linux 2.2 with
GRUB. The BIOS ins't flashable and, unfortunately, I can't
boot LINUX above the 1024th cylinder because the LBA mode
wont work anymore.

So I partioned the bootdisk with a /boot partion into this 
limitation:

Disk /dev/hda: 16 heads, 63 sectors, 4095 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 1008 * 512 bytes

If I install GRUB on a floppy-disk and I want boot Linux from
the / (root) partition it wont work because the kernel-image
is above the BIOS-Limit. 

Which entry must take place in menu.lst that Linux will boot
with the kernel-image into the /boot partition?
