I also did some more search on this topic and found an explanation of how to
do it from the grub>, manually. They said, sometimes grub-install can screw
up, so I guess I'll try manually first. Basically, what they recommended is
using

grub> setup (hd0)

What do you say? Should I run grub-install, or should I do it manually or is
it no difference?

1. create grub disk
2. boot your Red Hat Linux by grub disk
3. exec ``grub-install /dev/hda'' on your Red Hat system

It's simple and easy way to restore. Of course, you might boot Red Hat
Linux by rescue disk that you created in Red Hat installation.
