The last two bytes are not changed when installing GRUB. They are
determined at the compile time. So you don't have to care about them.

Anyway, I'd like to warn you that it would be hard to support GRUB
with your product, because we sometimes change the boot protocol. Note
that we assume that it is only for internal use. GRUB contains a
version number which specifies which boot protocol to be used, so you
might think it would be possible to support different versions
simultaneously, but the location of the version number has changed a
few times, and it will, definitely. So it would be difficult to
identify the boot protocol correctly.
