Summary:  The run time selection of active terminal does not display a prompt 
on all terminals

Original Submission:  The behavior of the terminal selection at run time has 
been slightly
changed after the terminal code was streamlined a couple weeks ago.

No "Press any key..." prompt is displayed any longer on serial 
terminal when more than one terminal is enabled in GRUB run time
configuration file menu.lst:

# boot entry selection timeout
timeout=2
serial --speed=115200
# terminal selection timeout; first terminal is the default
terminal --timeout=2 serial console
==========================================

The attached patch restores the previous behaviour.  The patch
is not optimized.
