nbgrub reboots

hi all, i have problems:
i download grub 0.92 and compile whit diskless and ne, put nbgrub in
/tftpserver, and setup dhcpd.conf
then download etherboot from www.rom-o-matic.net and put it in a floppy.
in an Acermate 466d it run very good, but in an Acermate 433s it reboot de
pc.

there are any form to view whats happen????
