It turns out that the site maintainers for the Alpha site are being
rather lazy in their reconstruction, and re-activation of accounts.
However, yes it is still being maintained, and if you check the web site
it mentions where to find the code, including a boot disk. Or you can
grab the raw code from the CVS setup, hosted where the web site
indicates.
