I got "GRUP Loading State2..." on my IBM Server

Hi

I use IBM X342 server, 3*18.2G(RAID 4), Redhat Linux 7.2.

Yesterday, I found yellow lights on two of my Harddisk. By using IBM LINUX 
RAID Manager, it indicated one harddisk was offline and the other defunct. 
Then I rebuild these two disks, three disks all online. But when I restarted 
the computer, it displays "GRUP Loading Stage2...", then the computer was 
dead, I can't type any key!!!
