After years of pain and suffering with Lilo, I discovered the remedy:
Grub.
In addition to OS's mentioned in the 0.92 documentation, Grub boots
Windows ME, but the 0.92 documentation does not say so explicitly. I
suggest making this clearer by replacing "such as Linux or GNU Mach" in
chapter 1.1 with "such as Linux, GNU Mach, DOS, Windows95, Windows98,
Windows ME, Windows NT, OS/2". The list may be even longer.
