boot loader not working

Dear Sir ,

                 I have a pentium 4 system i have installed red hat 9 along with win98 in my system . Boot manager was Grub.

 

afterwards i had to reinstall win98 now when i start my computer win98 get started .

 

i can only go to red hat by booting floppy.

 

please suggest me a solution.
