I would love to see this happen!

I have been trying to load a DOS floppy image with a UNDI driver
through memdisk and pxegrub but, the dos UNDI doesn't load right,  
I think something GRUB is doing is messing with the PXE stack. 
(yes, I know that was a little off topic ... just a tiny bit)

So, maybe a grub undi driver would help me out.

Dont know if it helps but, you may want to look at pxelinux for some ideas.
Whatever they're doing seems to work very well with the dos UNDI driver.

I dont code so well but, I have lots of PXE hardware that I could help you
test things with.
