NTLDR missing

Greetings,
I have win95 running on i386 and want to replace it
with GNU Hurd. I started with loading GURB Bootloader
but after booting from floppy i am getting NTLDR
missing. I refered
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q314057
but still unable to remove this error.
What can be the possible error?
